Good cartoon - Wonder if his buddy "Prime Minister" Putin is a little worried about decreasing oil prices and the Russian stock market which, I think, has been closed more than it has been open this past week.

LOL - Oil prices declining is a wonderful sight to see - but will it cause our govt to put off energy independence?
I hope that just because oil prices are going down that the US doesn't stop trying to get off its dependence on foreign oil.
I agree anonymous; that would be a huge mistake (but one we've made before).
